Holy cow I just had two sandwiches from there one hamburger and one chicken fried chicken they were the best two sandwiches I ever ate in my life. Talk about good wow

Saturday evening the best catfish dinner starts at 5pm. We had a day of horseback trail riding at nearby LBJ Grasslands preserve. Then arrived at 4:45 to beat the crowd. Also, local music artists performed that evening. We were treated to a wonderful mix of violin-fiddle, Mandarin, guitar, and banjo with authentic local folk influence.

Excellent place to stop off for a roadside burger. Side trip off the beaten path is well worth the few minutes drive from Decatur.

Found this GEM by accident. Went to a high school football game Saturday in Forestburg. My husband and I had not had lunch, so I looked on Yelp and found this local place (we did not want to head back to 35). Reviews looked good, so we thought we would try it out. We are so glad we did. LOVED this place. We got there at 3:30. Normally the kitchen is turning over then to prepare for their catfish dinner, but they cooked up some yummy hamburgers (or cheeseburgers) and fries (tator tots for my husband). We also enjoyed Lemon, Coconut and Buttermilk pie. Thank you for good, flavorful food in an GREAT small town. Keep up the good work.

They grilled up one of the Best Hamburgers I’ve ever had. Also the Buttermilk Pie was Crazy Delicious!!!! If you want friendly service and good home cooking this is a place you don’t want to miss.

Been here a few times! Just got back actually 😁 I love the little hometown feel and friendly service. The locals are very friendly as well. I drive an hour to and from, to get one of their amazing burgers! Homemade pies are delicious! Nothing like this anymore, the atmosphere here is one of a kind! Going to make this a monthly visit for sure!

This place is a great place for music and a catfish dinner on Saturday evening. It starts at 5 PM. Waitresses were attentive and helpful.

Not sure what to expect since this was my first time here. AC wasn't working, way to hot to enjoy eating. Ran out of desserts. Way to far out in the country to return to give them a second chance. I was looking forward to trying their pie but didn't get too.

Step back into Time at Greenwood grocery they made the Best Hamburgers and on Saturday night it's Fish. Don't forget to try their delicious homemade Pies. All the staff is so nice. If you stop by on a Saturday evening they usually have some Great Entertainment.

My first trip to have a burger, the food was great! I wish our service had been better. The little red headed waitress that waited on us was rude and had the attitude that we were bothering her. If it had not been for the poor service I would have given this place 5 stars.

Fried catfish on Saturdays is hard to beat.its a nice country drive to catch some air,the pie was fantastic. This place has become a Saturday favorite for us.

Awesome restaurant and atmosphere! The burgers were the best we ate EVER! The owner made my husband,myself and our special needs daughter feel very welcome. We will definitely visit again!

Outstanding service and atmosphere. Staff will more than likely remember your name on your 2nd or 3rd visit. Excellent food, especially the all you can eat catfish on Saturday nights accompanied by live music. Great family establishment. The pie actually bumps them up to about 7 stars.
